Join our dynamic team as an entry-level Talent Acquisition Associate and play a key role in building a high performing team for a fast-paced start up facility. The Talent Acquisition Associate/Admin will support the Maintenance, Repair, Operations (MRO) organization in attracting and hiring top talent for the Melbourne facility. This role involves managing the logistics of the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also assist with job postings, candidate screening and various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the HR function. This position reports to the Director HR – MRO Americas. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
