Mission Overview: This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a B2C Onboarding Officer (OPS) within the Operations domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Act as the first point of contact for clients by phone, introducing and guiding them through the credit application process and ensuring timely completion of their files. - Provide financial advice, analyze client dossiers, and propose the most suitable products, leveraging your strong commercial mindset and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities. - Inform clients about the status of their requests and maintain a proactive, sales-driven approach to exceed expectations and embrace challenges. - Oversee the follow-up of credit requests by phone, verifying contracts, supporting documents, legal mentions, and signatures for compliance. - Ensure the timely release of funds to client accounts and assist clients in resolving any non-compliance issues. - At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Mandatory e...
