Account Executive - Healthcare

Overview MPF Federal is seeking a senior Account Executive to lead capture and growth across our Healthcare portfolio, spanning government health agencies and commercial health systems. This is a hunter role with full P&L visibility; the Account Executive owns pipeline, capture strategy, and talent mobilization end-to-end, translating market intelligence into signed contracts and staffed delivery teams. As a member of the Business Development organization, this individual operates as a one-person capture-to-staffing engine, closing the historical gap between "contract awarded" and "billable headcount on day one." This position requires a candidate who has already run healthcare capture independently and has the recruiting literacy to source, qualify, and close key personnel against their own opportunities. The selected individual will carry a revenue target, exercise decision authority on bid/no-bid calls within agreed thresholds and operate with minimal supervision.
