Description Company: LiveTrends Design Group: Position: Production Process Control Manager: Reports to: Apopka Operations Manager: POSITION: The Production Process Control Manager Motivates, supports, and provides guidance to production staff. Ensures safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free. Communicates regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production. Evaluates resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Establishes a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations. Sets productivity goals for each manufacturing team. Develops workflow policies and procedures ( SOPs ) that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. Ensures adequate scheduling of staff. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Works closely with other individuals including LTHGH Supervisor. - Manages the packaging supervisor and liaises with other departments including Shipping, Inventory, Sales and NPD - Works with UJ Operations and/or any third-party vendors to facilitate balanced production capacity across all assembly locations - Oversees production schedules and timesheets for Product...
