Kindeva Drug Delivery The Impact You Will Make: We are expanding our team and looking for a Process Engineer to support our manufacturing, filling and packaging operations. From analysing performance data, identify improvement opportunities, to implementing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen product quality, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. In this role you will work closely with cross functional teams, apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies, and play a key part in shaping how our operations evolve. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Drive improvements to process capability, capacity and reduction in units cost for areas of ownership. - Lead introduction of new technology and processes within operations. - Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to lead continuous improvement projects. - Creation, management and communication of detailed project plans for project activities with foresight to escalate constraints. - Lead validation activities, by the preparation and timely execution of validation protocols for the validation of equipment/processes. - Prepare detailed and effective documentation to record deviations, to ass...
