Days: ECB: Work shift: variable day shift; work schedule: Monday-Friday Job Summary: The Staff Secretary performs general office support to ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned area(s). Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None. Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access as might be used in the preparation of correspondence and reports. Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to perform word processing, database, order entry and spreadsheet programs. Ability to demonstrate self-initiative and motivation. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
