Overview This posting is open exclusively to current AL DOC incumbent employees. NaphCare Alabama Prisons LLC is currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our team . As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) , you will primarily support our client-site operational leaders and medical staff working in jails and prisons across the United States. Responsibilities: The HRBP is responsible for partnering with the operations team to successfully develop and engage the healthcare teams at jail and prison sites. Duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to: - Effectively communicating with staff, including by providing employees details of onboarding, building employee relationships, and addressing employment and compensation concerns - Traveling to newly acquired sites to onboard and train employees - Conducting thorough, legally compliant internal investigations and working through employee relations issues - Being a champion of Employee Engagement, and in turn, driving the behaviors to positively impact the employee - Providing day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disci...
