Role: Program Manager Reports to: Director Program: 2301- Project Home Key Department: Interim Housing Location: The Layover (Formerly Super 8/LAX) - 9250 Airport Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045 Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 6pm - 2:30am Status: Full-time/Exempt/Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Summary: The Overnight Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all overnight operations at the interim housing site, ensuring a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for both clients and staff. This role provides direct supervision to overnight Support Specialists, manages crisis intervention and site safety, ensures completion of required documentation and HMIS reporting, and maintains compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and LAHSA Interim Housing standards.
