Job description

- Responsible for conducting risk assessments of clinics. - Determine security needs of clinics. - Work with our security partners to secure guards at clinics where needed, - Monitor guard placement and identify opportunities for transitioning to security technology for cost savings. - Track all security incidences for reporting. - Work with financial partners to monitor security expenditures. - Assist with security needs during disasters and coordinate with the Director of Crisis Management to support clinics during disasters and crisis incidents. - Act as s resource for the field regarding incidents and security issues. - Prefer a background in law enforcement, security, or military. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: In conjunction with management staff, will determine the initiatives, priorities, and ultimate goals for these particular organizational functions. Recognizes and embraces the importance of providing sound, thoughtful leadership to all employees and in all directions within the company.
