Description NORTHWEST NAZARENE UNIVERSITY: DEPARTMENT OF ATHLETICS: Graduate Assistant - Athletic Compliance Description of Position: Northwest Nazarene University Northwest Nazarene University is accepting applications for the position of Athletic Compliance Graduate Assistant to begin in Summer 2025. This is a part-time, year-around, temporary position that reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Services. Essential Functions: - Assists with the monitoring of NCAA academic, amateurism, eligibility, financial aid, countable athletic activity, recruiting, and camps and clinics rules. - Utilizes NCAA Compliance Assistant and compliance software for documentation - Provides education and interpretation of NCAA rules, policies and regulations for students, coaches, and athletic staff - Assists with reporting of information required by the NCAA and GNAC - Assists with the preparation of NCAA eligibility lists, national letters of intent, financial aid agreements, and waivers Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - Acceptance into NNU’s Graduate School - High motivation and commitment to the University, organizational skills, the ability...
