We are looking for a talented graduate or a junior engineer eager to dive into the world of AI infrastructure? We’re looking for a Junior AI Platform Engineer to join our AI Platform (R&D) team. In this role, you will help us build the foundation for Rossum’s proprietary LLM models . You’ll learn how to deploy AI at a massive scale (processing millions of documents ) and work alongside some of the best research engineers in the field. This is a unique opportunity to start your career at the intersection of Platform Engineering and Machine Learning. What You’ll Do: Learn & Contribute: Support the development of our cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS), processing pipelines and model deployment. Hands-on Support: Help maintain and improve our CI/CD processes for model versioning and testing. Monitor & Maintain: Learn to build proactive monitoring solutions to ensure our AI systems are healthy and reliable. Collaborate: Work within a cross-functional team (Research, Backend, and Product) to see how new AI models reach production.
