This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Product Leader will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and delivery of AI and digital solutions across Mercer. This role will manage initiatives from ideation through scaling, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and product owners to define product roadmaps, align AI and digital capabilities with strategic priorities, and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that transform systems, platforms, and client-facing products.
