Job description

To maintaining cleanliness of bars. To remove all trash, to sweep and mop floors, to remove mats to clean and remove any sticky products. To deep clean bars weekly to include wiping off bottles, cleaning countertops and walls, removing glass mats and cleaning all sticky surfaces, emptying cabinets and wiping down insides and returning products. - Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation - Assists bartenders as needed - Keep records of inventory transfers - Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision - Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture - Performs other job-related duties as assigned - Previous bar experience a plus - Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment - Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules, and regulations - Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests - Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English - Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card - High school e...
