Job description
As a member of the admissions team, this position is directly responsible for ensuring data entry and integrity for all mail, application materials, inquiries, and applications for all of Adler’s Campus locations. Education/Experience: - Bachelor’s degree required - 1-3 years of experience in higher education operations or admissions environment preferred - 1-3 years of experience using CRM programs (Salesforce, Slate, Blackboard etc) preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Strong working knowledge and experience with database management, preferably Salesforce - Strong computer skills with standard programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook, Qualtrics (or other survey systems) - Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in work output. - Professional and friendly in-person and phone presence - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills - A strong alignment with the mission and values of the Adler University Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Associate Director - Maintain inquiry and applicant data within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity - Process applications, transcrip...
