Provides quality customer service by displaying expertise in merchandising, fashion, fit and/or product knowledge. Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising and fashion knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction. EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years prior retail sales experience preferred. Working knowledge of items sold in assigned outlet.
