About The Role We’re excited to welcome a ServiceNow Developer to our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Perth CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your capability across the ServiceNow platform while working alongside experienced technical specialists and stakeholders on meaningful integrations, implementations and platform enhancements, with exposure to modules such as ITSM and ITOM. This role supports the development and implementation of new integrations, enhancements to existing solutions, and platform upgrades, updates and patching that improve customer outcomes. You’ll work with customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions aligned to Kinetic IT’s standards and delivery methodologies. You’ll also contribute to project delivery and business-as-usual activities, including continuous improvement initiatives, scoping, and functional and automated testing, while building your capability across the platform.
