Job Description Summary As the Avio Aero Commercial Operations Leader, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Commercial Operations function within the Strategy, Marketing & Sales department. You will lead a senior team responsible for proposal/bid preparation, deal structuring, commercial risk assessment, contract negotiation, and approvals, ensuring disciplined execution. You will deploy FLIGHT DECK and lean methodologies to drive process excellence, digitalization, and productivity, while building a high-performing, customer-focused team that partners effectively across the global Avio Aero and GE Aerospace ecosystem.
