Key Responsibilities: - Supports the Cargo Claims team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience - Gets involved in the end-to-end cargo claims lifecycle by coordinating closely with customers and relevant internal stakeholders - Supports cargo claims specialists with survey organization, system updates, documentation follow-up, and reporting - Handles and follows up on cargo claims queries in a timely and structured manner - Builds effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including local, regional, and global claims teams - Develops a solid understanding of customers’ business drivers, needs, and servi...
