Classification Title: AST DIR, Student Affairs Classification Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience or a bachelor’s degree in appropriate areas of specialization and four years of experience. Job Description: Responsible for implementing comprehensive leadership development and community engagement programming and planning to support student learning and community engagement. The incumbent will leverage partnerships with campus and the community to ensure that students have access to a variety of reputable leadership development and service-learning opportunities for greater student success outcomes. This position stays current with trends, resources, and compliance issues addressing volunteerism, leadership, service, risk management, and incorporates information into the department’s practices.
