You will own the full content lifecycle—from the "Great Places" narrative in our blogs to the high-conversion CTAs in our drip campaigns—ensuring we don't just produce strong content, but valuable content that generates measurable sales leads. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Major Responsibility: You will be responsible for translating our mission into a high-velocity lead generation engine, utilizing AI to scale production while ensuring every word adheres to the specific nuances of our industry and brand. Brand & Voice Ownership: Act as the final "vibe-checker" for all content. Ensure 100% adherence to terminology (e.g., "spaces" not "stalls/spots") and our "vibrant, walkable cities" narrative.
