ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Supervisor. The Facilities Supervisor oversees daily operations of the engineering department for the assigned facility. Responsibilities include coordinating installation, repair, and maintenance of all building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, utilities, and general grounds/plant upkeep. This role ensures the facility is safe, well‑maintained, and operating efficiently. The Facilities Supervisor also manages site safety programs, documentation, and adherence to all Able Engineering Services operational standards, policies, and procedures. Pay Range is: $70.00-80.00 /HR: The pay listed is the salary range for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
