Title: Manager, Client Partnerships Standard Hours: 40: Primary Location: Office in San Antonio, TX Reports to: COO Division, Vice President, Member Experience Job Description: The Manager of Client Partnerships is instrumental in providing direct support and strengthening the relationship between the client, Student Choice, and its client and vendor partners. This individual demonstrates the ability to identify client needs and expectations, develop and implement strategies to meet those needs and ensure that clients remain satisfied with their experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, polished verbal communication, and a confident, professional presence. The ideal candidate possesses strong follow-through skills, maintains structured processes, and delivers clear, concise information with authority and professionalism.
