We are hiring a Customer & Marketing Insights Lead to support strategic decision-making across the Group. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, commercial and strategy, translating internal data, research and market signals into clear, actionable insights. Some of the most important activities (not limited to): Customer & Market Insights - Lead customer, brand and market intelligence programs across Group companies; - Manage research projects end-to-end (tracking, segmentation, ad-hoc studies) with external agencies; - Translate research outputs into clear insights and recommendations for marketing and commercial teams; Internal Data Analysis & Interpretation: - Analyze internal data across marketing, digital and commercial sources to identify patterns and opportunities; - Work with internal stakeholders to interpret performance data and extract actionable ins...
