POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION TITLE: Member Experience Lead (MEL) REPORTS TO: General Manager: DIRECT REPORTS: Member Experience Specialists: FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt: COMPENSATION: $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities!
