Overview of the Position: The Engineering Manager is directly responsible to the President for the engineering, planning, and coordination of the procedures relating to the Overhaul, Repair, and Inspection of Articles received by this Repair Station. The Engineering Manager is responsible for directing, planning and laying out the details of inspection standards, method, and procedures used by the Repair Station in complying with all applicable FAA regulations and manufacture's recommendations. The Engineering Manager will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in the Engineering department, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the engineering organizations to ensure process alignment and consistency where possible to maximize overall team performance. - Establish and manage budgets related to personnel and projects aimed at achieving objectives.
