Overview: **This position may be filled as a level I or II based on additional experience and qualifications required.** Wealth Firm Operations is responsible for back and middle office processing for approximately $9 billion in assets under administration and multiple revenue lines. The purpose of this job is to manage and supervise all accounting functions arising from the applicable Wealth accounting platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, cash movement within all types of accounts under Wealth Firm Operations, revenue and fee collection, regulatory reporting, reconcilements and supporting data requests for budgeting and financial performance. Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and cross-train a team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, succession planning and overall contribution to the strategic organizational goals. - Ensure that proper procedures and controls of financial activities are in place and adhered to, including control of funds payment, receipt, sweep activities for the assurance that the client and house account cash positions and activity occur in a timely, accurate and complete manner, and that all cash position or activity excepti...
