Overview Element Materials Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our Materials Testing operations in the MT East division. This role will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. Experience in Materials Testing within the Nuclear, Additive Manufacturing, or Defense sectors is preferred. Ideal location: Enfield, CT area: Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Nuclear, Additive Manufacturing, or Defense markets to expand Element’s customer base. - Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. - Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Element’s overall business objectives while supporting growth across the MT East division labs. - Quoting & Proposals: Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate, competitive quotes and proposals that meet client specifications and industry standards. - Cross-Selling: Promote Element’s full suite of materials testing services, identifying opportunities for cros...
