Senior Civil Project Manager

Job description

Responsibilities: - Lead civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure, transportation, water resources, and municipal improvements - Oversee and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and project objectives - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff, consultants, and contractors - Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents - Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters - Support proposal development and contribute to business development initiatives as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on both design and project management - Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects of varying scale and complexity - Strong working knowledge of civil engineering design software (...
