Description Summary of Position: This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electrical, welding, construction, painting and/or machine servicing. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Requirements: - Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals and part catalogs when necessary - Diagnose forklift and crane/hoist issues and fix them quickly and efficiently - Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts - Repair, replace and reassemble defective equipment parts using hand and power tools - Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment and buildings - Will be on call and required to come in if any equipment breaks down during other shifts - Must have knowledge on preventative maintenance on forklift and heavy machinery - Must have 480 experience - 6 months experience in maintenance - Knowledge in repairing air pumps and hydraulic presses - Demonstrate skills in resolving issues quickly and efficiently - Ability to operate a forklift - Have basic computer skills - Have excellent communication skills - Must be able to multitask and w...
