Head of Global HR-IT Business Applications

Job description

Role Summary: You will take ownership of a global HR-IT landscape and lead a Brno-based team delivering SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related HR applications worldwide. The role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic development of HR-IT services. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving. Your Responsibilites: - Lead and develop a team of HR-IT consultants, and key users, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous development - Drive global HR-IT strategy, define priorities, and align initiatives with business and digitalization goals - Oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related systems, including enhancements, customizations, and global support - Manage budget planning and cost control for HR-IT systems and external vendors - Ensure high service quality through SLA management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement actions - Act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external partners (e.g. vendors, SAP contractors), managing relationships and expectations - Lead or contribute to global SAP and non-SAP projects, including process optimization, innovation initiatives, and system...
