The Depositions Team is an essential part of our trial-focused practice and works closely with our Trial Team to prepare strong, trial-ready cases. The Role: We’re hiring a skilled Deposition Attorney to join our Depositions Team. The ideal candidate is a practical litigator who excels at preparing, taking, and defending depositions, can craft focused examination outlines, and partners with trial counsel to turn deposition testimony into winning trial strategy. This role requires strong California lemon law and litigation skills, excellent written and oral advocacy, and the ability to manage a steady deposition schedule across the state. This role is 100% remote but requires active membership in the California State Bar.
