Senior Chalet Manager - Morzine, Les Gets, Meribel Are you an experienced Chalet Manager or hands-on leader and looking for your next challenge? We want to hear from like-minded individuals who share our passion for food and drink, as well as, of course, the mountains. As a Senior Chalet Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for guests staying in one of our Exclusive Collection chalets. As such, you will take the lead on all aspects of service delivery, so must be a strong brand ambassador and lead your team by example. You will meet some amazing people, both your guests and of course your colleagues. You will be supported by an Assistant Chalet Manager, and will work alongside several Chalet Hosts, for whom it will be your responsibility to train and mentor throughout the season. You’ll therefore need leadership skills but also a strong teamwork ethic as this is very much a hands-on role. It'll be hard work but hugely rewarding.
