Description Basic Description: This is an entry-level position responsible for the receipt, review, and submission of closed loan documents. This position has the opportunity to work hybrid after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities: - Receive and check in loan packages upon receipt from carrier - Scan packages into the system - Prepare original notes for shipment to warehouse banks - Review closing packages for completion & accuracy according to agency guidelines - Communicate with external & internal parties to obtain missing documents or corrections. Follow up on requests and upload trailing documents upon receipt - Electronically deliver loan files and/or data to appropriate investor - Activate & transfer Private Mortgage Insurance as needed - Send documents to USDA for loan guarantee - Release notes from warehouse banks to complete purchase of loans - Coordinate with Post-Closing on suspense conditions or missing items - Manage personal pipeline to ensure deadlines & quotas are met - Maintain in-office filing system to ensure documents are stored according to compliance regulations.
