Patriot Building Systems, LLC is a recognized leader in commercial wood framing, delivering precision and reliability through a team of highly skilled craftsmen. Serving New Hampshire, Southern Maine, Vermont, and Northern Massachusetts. General Summary: The Estimator is responsible for the accurate estimation of the siding and cladding materials needed in commercial and multi-family projects, according engineered and designed plans. Works under general supervision; exercises little discretion and judgment on work priority on a regular basis. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Primary function is to produce accurate and timely estimates, which will result in profitable jobs and revenue.
