Übersicht The Senior Hydraulic Engineer provides expert engineering support (onsite) for aircraft hydraulic systems (ATA 29) and landing gear and steering systems (ATA 32). The role is responsible for system analysis, troubleshooting, continued airworthiness support, and technical resolution of in-service issues, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across the aircraft lifecycle. Work Environment: - Engineering office environment with frequent interaction with maintenance and operations teams - Occasional travel to MROs, airlines, suppliers, or OEM facilities Verantwortlichkeiten: ATA 29 / ATA 32 Engineering Support - Provide senior-level technical support for hydraulic power generation, distribution, and control systems (pumps, actuators, reservoirs, valves, accumulators). - Support landing gear, braking, steering, and extension/retraction systems. - Analyze system schematics, functional diagrams, and installation drawings. - Support failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
