Dream is looking for a Site Labourer! We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream is looking for a Site Labourer to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our construction and warranty sites. What will you do?: Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role: What type of experience and skills do you have? - Perform small construction tasks, trade requests and scheduling; - Ensure the homes are ready for the trades as the home build schedule progresses; - Maintain job sites and work environments accessible and safe at all times to prevent injuries and hazards for our trade partners and employees; - Collect and dispose of construction waste and recycle materials where applicable; - Perform paperwork or administration activities related to job sites in a timely manner; and - Ensure compliance of building codes and our corporate safety program. These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table: Working knowledge of residential home construction. Understanding of OH&S codes.
