Description POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, a leading philanthropic organization committed to strengthening the foundations of our communities. The Leader, Healthy Living stewards the Y’s cause and advocates for the Y’s mission and strategic plan, promoting and protecting the brand and reputation as a global, inclusive organization. The Leader, Healthy Living provides leadership for Membership and Healthy Living operations at the Beaverton Family YMCA, ensuring Membership goals, engagement strategies, and program experiences align with the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette’s strategic priorities. This position oversees Membership operations and Healthy Living programming including member engagement, group exercise, and family programs. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports Membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
