Job Description: SSP America operates multiple restaurants in the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring the availability of supplies, and maintaining stock organization in the restaurant. This role involves monitoring stock levels, receiving and storing deliveries, and assisting in inventory audits. - $13.00 / hour + Tips - Weekend Required - Comprehensive Benefits Plan - Employee parking available - Employee Meal Plan Key Responsibilities: - Receiving Deliveries: Inspect and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy; document discrepancies. - Stock Organization: Organize and store stock in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. - Waste Reduction: Monitor stock for expiration dates and minimize waste through proper storage and rotation practices. - Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to forecast needs and ensure timely restocking. - Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food storage and handling.
