ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Accounting & Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, and financial analysis. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting in compliance with SEC regulations. This role will have the ability to maintain and improve our financial reporting processes as a newly public company. WHAT YOU'LL DO: SEC Reporting: Assist in the p repar ation and fil ing of quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) and other SEC filings (Forms 8-K, S-1, S-3, Proxy statements, etc.) in compliance with SEC regulations. Financial Statements: Work closely with the Director , Accounting and S VP , Corporate Controller in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP. Technical Accounting: Research and analyze complex accounting issues and provide guidance on the i nterpretation of relevant accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 350, etc.) .
