System Maintenance Technician II

Job description

Position Summary The System Maintenance Technician provides endpoint installation training and support for system projects under the management of the Sales Support Team. This includes MIU pre-installation training to customers and third party contractors, assistance during deployment of infrastructure and system implementation, and post deployment installation maintenance, auditing, and repair. The individual in this role must coordinate efforts with customer, system deployment, system support, sales support, sales, distributors, third party contractors and to support successful systems while complying with technical requirements and meeting customer expectations. Significant travel (exceeding 80% of time) is required. Objectives: - Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of MIU endpoints including managing inventory, reporting while maintaining Neptune installation quality standards. - Training and certifying customers, distributors and contractors on Neptune MIU installation techniques, procedures, and quality standards. - Perform follow up audits on new or remedial MIU installation. - Installation audit and troubleshooting of Data Collectors/Gateways.
