In this role, you will be responsible for leading and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the Cooper Equipment organization. This position requires a Safety-first mindset and deep understanding of construction and equipment safety standards, OSHA compliance, DOT Regulations, strong leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to influence and make data-driven recommendations. Implement and deliver measurable improvements in safety performance.
