This role is pivotal in ensuring our offerings meet market demands, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to drive product performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with the retailer network to generate profitable business and ensuring that agreed service levels are met. - Pricing & budgeting of MFS products (non-financial) to ensure in line with company objectives. - Management of all product processes ensuring operational excellence and smooth workflows. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. - Provide training and support to sales teams on product features and benefits. - Collaborate with the various stakeholders (sales, finance, retail network) to ensure strong deployment of product offering. - Ensure compliance with industry regulati...
