A DAY IN THE LIFE: As an Engineer I – Electrical, you’ll support the design and execution of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage. You’ll assist senior engineers in managing third-party engineering firms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring designs meet client, company, and industry standards. Your work includes helping develop, test, and refine electrical components and systems, and supporting safe, efficient installation during project execution. STEP INTO THE ROLE: - Assists the Senior and Lead Project Engineers to support Blattner Internal Engineering and other stakeholders with the project design through project completion. - Aligns construction teams to ensure they have the necessary design information, quantities, and specifications to build the projects. - Performs equipment/material takeoffs and drawing/study/specification reviews and provides to the Senior and Lead Project Engineers. - Participates in design reviews, ensures construction activities are following project drawings and specifications, and validates red-line markups are complete and accurate. - Supports the project design by ensuring the design meets the contractual...
