An amazing opportunity to develop your skillset and build your career. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and passionate production workers to take part in the carpenter apprenticeship program. Reporting to the Lead head, Carpenter Apprentice is responsible for assisting in constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes. Job Responsibilities: - Build house framework, walls, roof, exterior and interior finishes - Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, stairs, handrails, paneling, molding, and ceiling tiles - Repair and remodel existing structures of all kinds - Read and interpret drawings. - Select materials, plan sequences and methods of work, and measure and mark materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions. - Cut and shape materials and join them with nails, screws, bolts, or glue. - Check completed units to ensure they are level, square, plumb, and in the right size, shape, and location. - Work accurately and economically and follow national and local building codes Job Qualifications: Actively registered Apprentice Carpenter 1st & 2nd year Ability to work in a team enviro...
