What’s the role? The Associate Network Engineer – Cloud Networks is an early-career role focused on building, supporting and automating cloud network infrastructure across the Westpac Group, where you’ll work closely with experienced engineers to resolve operational issues, develop infrastructure-as-code, contribute to CI/CD pipelines and progressively build deep networking and cloud capability within a structured and supportive environment. - Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for cloud network environments, managing operational tickets and resolving incidents with guidance from senior engineers - Assist with the build, configuration and ongoing support of cloud network infrastructure across Azure, AWS and GCP environments - Develop, maintain and enhance infrastructure-as-code and automation scripts using tools such as Terraform, Python and Ansible - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) to support automated network deployments and improve operational efficiency - Participate in code reviews, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities while applying core networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and routing in a cloud context What do I need?: - Strong coding capa...
