Intern - Technology Integration & Customer Solutions (AI Enabled Insights)

Job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Identify opportunities where the technologies you are studying can be better integrated into product development, manufacturing processes, or customer solutions. Propose and execute process improvements, integration strategies, or pilot initiatives that leverage existing technologies and AI tools more effectively. Evaluate gaps between internal technical capabilities, available data, and customer needs or expectations. Develop documentation and frameworks that help teams translate technical capabilities and data insights into measurable customer value. Present findings and recommendations for technical leadership. - Survey and document existing corporate technologies, tools, data systems, and engineering capabilities used across the organization. - Explore how AI, data analytics, or machine learning approaches could be applied to engineering, reliability, or operational data to generate insights that support customer satisfaction and product improvement. - Research industry best practices for technology integration, AI-enabled engineering workflows, and customer-centric innovation in semiconductor and photonics industries. - Analyze how current tec...
