Summary: PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model. **For Full Time, the pay range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 + medical benefits + PTO** (compensation dependent on licensure & experience) **2 Flexible Schedule options: 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F; or 4 10 hour days, 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm** or can use 9:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays; Part Time positions = 20 hours per week (benefits eligible!!)
