Work where you matter. A Brief Overview: Responsible for conducting continual inventory of supplies. Enters and completes purchase requisitions following principles as they relate to quality, need, availability and cost. Receives products, distributes and delivers to designated work areas. Responsible for ensuring acceptability and documentation required for supplies delivered. Responsible for turning over rooms. What you will do: - Prepares purchase requisitions for the operating room in accordance with Avera purchasing policies. - Maintains inventory for all supplies maintained in the designated OR locations. - Confers with Leaders about the need for special order supplies. - Performs ongoing inventory assessment on a daily basis, and notifies the Leader of back order supplies, and checks the workro...
