The Custodial Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the custodial services in a retail setting, aligning with the objectives of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility appearance in a cost-effective manner. The Manager must ensure the highest level of professionalism, meet the clients' needs, and commit to the goal of 100% cleanliness and orderliness across the facility. The Manager will develop and oversee the implementation of a preventive maintenance function, manage custodial inspection and monitoring programs, define and enact best custodial practices, and consistently evaluate and improve current cleaning, maintenance, and operation methods.
