Cobble Hill is currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team! What we offer: The Home Health Aid (HHA) plays an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care. As the HHA, you will escort residents to appointments outside the facility as well as assist with other daily care tasks, which include but are not limited to: Cobble Hill Health Center is a not-for-profit long-and short-term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 40 years. Requirements: - No home visits required-work in one location! - Competitive Pay - Provide routine individualized care to residents - Prepping meals alongside the dietary team and feeding residents as needed - Observing and monitoring residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse immediately - Maintaining the confidentiality of all residents and data of the facility - Helping residents with daily hygiene and personal care such as bathing or dressing - Assist residents with the use of equipment such as walkers or wheelchairs - Clinical responsibilities may be required under the supervi...
